Reclaim Company’s workforce maintains a safe and healthy work environment through continuing education and training, emphasizing standard health and safety procedures that comply with applicable state and local regulations as well as provisions of OSHA regulations 29 CFR 1910 and 29 CFR 1926.
All Reclaim Company field personnel, as well as any subcontractors or partnering teams, are provided with specific training that enable them to perform at peak safety in their work environments and at jobsites.
Supervisors and crew leaders are given additional training such as OSHA 10 and 30-hour certifications, and job hazard analysis. Regularly scheduled CPR/First Aid training is provided to all employees at every level.
Reclaim Company supervisors conduct daily pre-task planning inspections to identify and resolve any job hazards, which are then reviewed in on-site meetings. Mandatory weekly safety meetings are held for all staff to review best practices and safety issues.
